SCCM Design for Small Organization

Question
-
Hello All........I am looking to design an SCCM infrastructure for a small organization. The user base is around 600 and all are placed in a single physical premises. What would be best design for such an organization. Single Server with DB/App on the same machine? Hardware Configuration? Would appreciate hardware requirements as well.

Hi,
It should be fine to install SCCM on a single server with 600 users.

you can have single SCCM with Local SQL DB .For hardware configuration, you can go with technet link https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh846235.aspx
couple of references on how to segment the drives with disk space etc can help you to organize in better way http://deploymentresearch.com/Research/Post/420/Sizing-your-ConfigMgr-2012-R2-Primary-Site-Server

Hi TechNet Junkie,
You'd be better off asking this question in the Configuration Manager 2012 forums rather than here as this isn't a Microsoft Active Directory Services-related question. Certainly, Active Directory objects can be discovered by SCCM, however, it isn't influential on the design of an SCCM deployment.
The Configuration Manager 2012 forum can be found here.
Cheers,
