  • All you should have to do is click on the item that you setup as the link, so in your case it is probably the KPI.  You should get the hand icon when you hover over the item and then simply click it, you don't right-click at all.

    This should work in Preview without any issues.

    and you can simply create filter links to report elements to the scorecards by bing able to filter on the row or column names too.  Unique name or just the name, depending on your need and the type of report you are filtering.
