Scom 1807, with the latest Exchange MP(14.3.210.2), and exchange 2010 SP3.
We get 2 alerts:
HTTP Connectivity Against Local Server - RPC Client Access failure (Connect)
Disabling KHI: HTTP Connectivity with Autodiscover - Unexpected Exception and
Looking at the alerts context Tab I see a strange thing with the test mailbox and test user:Notice the 3 "extra" letters (eef). The mailbox and test user should be the same. Correct? I can fix the name with Adsiedit if that's the problem.

Basically, the following powershell is ran by the monitor :
Test-OutlookConnectivity -RpcProxyTestType:Internal -RpcTestType:Server -TrustAnySSLCert:$true -MonitoringContext:$true
Does it work when you run it manually?

Sorry for the late reply. I ran the command manually and got errors/failures
Does this has to do with the difference in the test username and mailbox name like I mention in my first post?
I also tried the option of hiding or unhiding the test user. That didn't solved the issue..

I think you should open a new thread on the Exchange forums, I am by no mean an Exchange expert and these definitely seems to be issues with Exchange and not SCOM itself ;)Tuesday, July 2, 2019 1:19 PM
