  • Hi,

    I locked the drive on Windows 10. Forgot the password and I have a recovery Key of BitLocker locked drive on microsoft accound (onedrive), but it is not working. don't match up "key id". 

    Please help me

    Based on my understanding, you are trying to unlock the encrypted drive using recovery key, right?

    How did you unlock it?

    If you have saved the recovery key in your Microsoft account.

    To get your recovery key, go to BitLocker Recovery Keys.

    Please check if the Key ID is same with the Key ID that you are prompted.

    To unlock the encrypted drive, we need make sure it is the same Key ID.

    If it is not matched, there is possibility that the matched Key ID was not saved before, or it messed up with some other keys.
