    hello all.

    i have a recurring problem.

    when someone from my organization sent emails,

    the outlook is stuck (no all the time) and the emails in the  sent items are disappear and the mail is not sent.

    I try to recover deleted items  and i try to remove the OST file and recover but nothing not help

    I heard it's a bug
    Does anyone have a solution ?

    Hi,

    What is your detailed exchange version?

    Please confirm whether the issue happens to all users or a specific user to narrow down the issue to client side or server side. 
    If the issue only occurs on one specific user,I suspect the issue is related to Outlook profile or Windows profile. 
    Please login on the user’s mailbox on another normal machine for a test.

    Also try to repair the outlook profile and check if the same issue persists.
