Office 2007 Outlook reply as RRS feed

  • Question

  • Have a customer who has two profiles. one is SBC POP email account and the other is SMTP local Exchange on SBS. The Exchange is only used for calendaring (not email). The default is POP. The POP is listed topmost and the Send Receive Groups have been modified so that only POP account can be used to send emails. The Exchange one is unchecked for all replies/sends. When the User tries to reply to emails the Exchange account always takes precedence over the POP. She has to manually change it to POP email account. Office 2007 SP3 and Windows XP Pro SP2. Is this a bug or will this always work this way?

Note: Sends work fine, just replies are messed up
