outlook 2016 disaperring sent e-mails RRS feed

  • Sent e-mails have disappeared.  I have windows 10 and outlook 2016  (MS Office 2016)   How do I stop this and also get them back  ?

  • Hi,

    Please check as following:

    1. Verify if all the items or part of the items have disappeared?
    2. Log onto your OWA to see if the items exist or not.
    3. Please check if the items exist in your “deleted item folder” or “recover delete items”(Folder->recover delete items). (Accidental deletion)
    4. You can contact your administrator to verify any retention policies or options have effects on your send item folder.
