Hello, just wondering if anybody has gotten the SQL MP to just monitor a server with only analysis services installed on it?
I can see that SSAS 2014 Seed discovers the instance, though the next stage of discovery does not find anything. As it is Multidim instance I was expecting it to appear there, though no luck. It works for other SSAS intalled alongside the SQL engine.
It also seems to think SSAS services that are disabled to be healthy.
Normally I would just export the MP and look at the code, though they seem to have rolled this logic into dll's this time around.
