  • Hello,

The most important thing: are you sure that all your security-related configurations are set up correctly? SPF record, MX records, reverse DNS? If you are sure, that the configuration is OK, you can check this FAQ info for the help: https://www.spamhaus.org/faq/section/DNSBL%20Usage#35.

  • Hi,

Please run the outbound email test on http://exrca.com. This will check your email address against a number of additional blocklists. Once done, you will need to contact each one that has blocked you to remove your IP.

If Spamhaus are reporting that your IP is blocked and you are unable to remove it on their website then I suggest you contact their support team via the blocklist removal center: https://www.spamhaus.org/lookup/.

Let me know if this answers your question.

    Thanks.

  • Hi,

Have you received NDR on sender side?

Please post the NDR here in details .

Please refer to Robert's response to check if you have related DNS record.

    Make sure that:

Reverse DNS  resolves to a hostname.

Make sure the hostname has a A record.

Don’t use generic hostnames assigned by ISPs or server vendors.

    SPF is valid.

I suggest you also check your server’s IP reputation at SenderScore.org.  If you have a score less than 80, then you may have email delivery issues.

    Regards,

    David
