  • Question

  • Will Steady State work on a system that has dual boot capabilities?  It can boot into XP or Vista.

  • Hi,

SteadyState will work fine with dual boot, but be very careful if you have enabled Windows Disk Protection.  If a partition which is protected with WDP is modified while booted to the other OS, the protected partition could experience corruption or data loss.  Best case, any modifications made to that partition from the other OS will be permanent and cannot be discarded.
