I send an email from an external domain on my server and everything works. the adres is one bypass recepients

I'm sending a message using the same address email but from my scanner and I have a problem.
Scanner is on the same network as the exchange  server.

"host  said: 550 5.7.1     Message rejected as spam by Content Filtering. (in reply to end of DATA     command)"

    Any idea?

  • Hi,

First, I recommend you use the Get-ContentFilterConfig cmdlet to view the content filter configuration and check if this SMTP address you mentioned above is added to the BypassedRecipients.

Then please check if you have configured content filtering with some custom words. If there are custom words, I recommend you remove all custom words to check the result.

If the issue persists, please add the address of Scanner as BypassedSenders to check the result.

Here is an article for your reference.
