    Try the following things.

    1.       Boot the server is Last Known good configuration Mode
    2.       Try to Boot in Safe mode
    3.       Try Windows Repair Tool
    4.       Update the Graphics card Driver
    5.       Do the Memory Dump Analysis using Windows Debug tool.

  • Hi,

    Disable Driver Signature and Try booting, this issue may be coming due to unsigned drivers.

    1. Restart the computer and during start up, press F8.
    2. Select Advanced Boot Options.
    3. Select Disable Driver Signature Enforcement.
    4. Boot into Windows® and uninstall the unsigned driver.
