Microsoft Project 2013 RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello. I am very new to Microsoft Project and only have been using it for about a week or so. I am creating a timeline and there is no indication that there is any error with my timeline. But my start and finish dates are not right, but the duration is correct. I have my duration as 200 days. My start date is 10/15/2013. My end date, however, is 2 years ahead and is 6/7/2015. The duration between those two dates is 600 days, when the project is only supposed to be 200 days. I somehow have a 400 day gap, which I have no idea how that happened. I could really use some help. I have been trying to fix this for hours. If it helps, my schedule is:

    Default start time: 12:00 AM

    Default end time: 12:00 AM

    Hours per day: 24

    Hours per week: 168

    Days per month: 30

and I have a fixed duration and my work is entered in days.

Also, I have weekends as working days, so I have a 7 day work week.

    Help would be most appreciated!!
