    So I'm having trouble getting my company disclaimer in the correct place when I reply to emails. Instead of my signature sitting at the bottom of the replied emai, it sits instead at the bottom of the original email in the following fashion:

    • Replied email.
    • Original Email
    • Company signature of replied email

    Ideally, this should be in the following order;

    • Replied email
    • Company signature of replied email
    • Original Email

    Is there a way in which this can be rectified?

    That's the expected behavior when using disclaimer. You can only append or prepend it to the entire message, replies included. For your desired solution, you can either spend some $$$ on a third party tool, or simply incorporate the disclaimer as part of people's signature in Outlook.
