Vista File Backup FIlls the Entire Drive RRS feed

  • Question

  •  Hey, I am using vista backup to backup about 250 GB of data on a 500 GB drive.  For some reason after a few about 1-2 weekly schedualed backups (files only form one drive to an external usb drive) it simply fills the entire drive.  Literally.  It just writes something to the drive until it is full, this makes no sense.  I should be able to record many sequential backups before filling the drive.

As a seperate but related question, is it possible to go in and delete old backups?  To save space on the backup drive but maintain the current backups
