  • Hi h1j4ck,

Agree with Thiago Mendes da Silva, you could try to run the following command to check the conferencing policies in your environment: Get-CsConferencingPolicy. There’s may a policy disable the Audio and Video options in the Skype meeting. You could check the video and audio attributes in the policies.

    Best Regards,
    Evan Jiang

  • Hi to all, it's pretty strange, there are two different policies, for user and global, no idea why this can happen.

    Get-CsConferencingPolicy

    AllowIPAudio                                  : True

    AllowIPVideo                                  : True

    Get-CsConferencingPolicy -ApplicableTo "user@domain.com"

    AllowIPAudio                                  : False
    AllowIPVideo                                  : False

wich is the command to allow ipaudio \ video only for that user?

  • Hi h1j4ck,

You could run the following command to check the value of ConferencingPolicy: Get-CsUser -Identity UserName.

If the conferencing policy you assigned to this user disable the function, please assign another policy to this user, make sure the value of AllowIPAudio/AllowIPVideo is true of the policy. You could run the following command to assign conferencing policy to user: Grant-CsConferencingPolicy -Identity UserName -PolicyName PolicyName

    Best Regards,

  • Hi,

    I receive this error:

Non è possibile eseguire il cmdlet "Grant-CsConferencingPolicy" perchè è limitato per la combinazione di piano diservizio MCOProfessional e paese SM

(our country is San Marino, SM)

I get this error even if I change country in IT via Active directory, and wait a couple of hour.
