I have a Dell Insprion running Vista and when I boot the computer I get an error saying some hardware or software has changed and I have to run windows recovery. When I run it, it runs and never stops. If I chose not to run the recovery and boot directly to Vista (it may take 4 or 5 attempts), the system will boot and run normally.
In the event log I get a event id of 7026 with a message The following boot-start or system-start drivers failed to load.
