Times all return as 12:00:00 am RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi folks.

    I've run into another one I can't seem to put my finger on. In my tables, there are columns that include times. However, the query is displaying those times as either "1" or "0". This seems to be the only value that is not pulling. Is there a way to pull exactly what is in the original tables (i.e. 5:00:00 AM) instead of the 1/0?

  • I figured it out!

    In case anybody else runs into this, I had to go into the Advanced editor on the query, and change the return value for those columns from:

    {"SOURCE", Int64.Type}

    to:

    {"SOURCE", type time}

    I'm sure it was a user error in how I set up the query. But lesson learned: check the query language.

  • Have you tried changing the type of the column to time?
