My guess would be that the workflow that is converting the data into a perf counter, is some how flawed in the math it's using. Since you really cannot fix that, without unsealing the import, making the changes yourself, etc. You will have to
wait for the product group to release an update, or a DSE to make an addendum MP that contains a fixed version of the monitor. Both of those options will probably take a long time, and might never occur, so if the data being presented is not valid, I
would disable the collection of these performance counters and implement a custom solution to monitor this.
I would also recommend you submit a BUG/DCR on Microsoft connect.
