  • We have run the Exchange best practice analyzer on our environment Exchange 2016 we have found the some error please sugget to how to resolved Error or below:

    1 Unknown Extension Schema Version Schema version detected is 15332

    2 Unrecognized Exchange Signature 

    3 Global outgoing massage size to HIGH

    4 Offline address book server could not found.

  • Hi,

    To solve those issues, you can try the methods below.

    • Unknown Extension Schema Version Schema version detected is 15332;
    • Unrecognized Exchange Signature;
    • Offline address book server could not found.

           What version of Exchange Best Practice Analyzer (ExBPA) are you using?  Previous versions of ExBPA can not detect the schema version and OAB configuration in Exchange 2016 properly. 

            As Exchange 2013 and later version do not come with ExBPA, please download the latest version of Office 365 Best Practice Analyzer and check the result. To download the tool, you need an Office 365 tenant or Azure Active Directory user ID.

    • Global outgoing massage size to HIGH

           You can run Get-TranpsortConfig |fl MaxSendSize cmdlet to check the global outgoing message size limit first. Then, use Set-TransportConfig -MaxSendSize to modify the sent message size limit.
