First of all, please update your SFB client to the latest version.

To further troubleshoot the issue, can you please confirm the following information?
1. If you set your account in another computer, does the issue persist?
2. Do other users in your organization have the same problem?
When you record this meeting, please open the process “OcPubMgr.exe”, check the status if it is running.
