    Does AD System Discovery find computers in sub OUs, so only main OU could be selected, not to select all sub OUs individually.

    If yes, how accurate is that? What's the best practice for that? To select all sub OUs or just the main OU, even if it has A LOT of sub OUs.

    It should find all Objects in sub OUs. I don't have a Console nearby but there should be a Checkbox in the Discovery Properties to enable Recursion, which does exactly that.

    You should be good when selecting the top OU, but obviously all Objects in sub OUs will get imported so you need to be careful what you select.
