Outlook client problem: it sends and receives only at the first start

  • I have an Outlook problem with the Outlook Office365 Business Suite: Outlook receives and sends mail only at the first start.

    I use different email POP3 account, no Exchange and Iuse a Lenovo notebook PC with updated Windows 10

    Then the program remains open and it seems to work but it really does not send and does not receive mail.

    It'always need to restart your PC in order to get it working again (and crashes again soon after of course), it is not sufficient to close and restart Outlook.
