New user role cannot open console RRS feed

  • Hi everyone,

    I've created a new user role that only has permissions to view one queue and one server group. This is for a multi tenancy scenario, where different users/groups are only allowed to view specific tenants.

    However, members of this new End users role cannot open the console due to insufficient privileges. What could be the cause of this? The user account that I'm testing this with is only inside the "Domain users" group in the AD and has logon rights to the management server.

  • I've solved my problem. "End Users" are unable to open the console, only the self-service portal as I came to know. An "Advanced operator" can open the console.
