  • Hi Ahsan.ali0101,

Your device seems to have been disabled in Azure AD. You can indeed contact your system/Office 365 administrators to get it enabled back, unless you're an admin yourself.

  • Hi ,

    Welcome to our forum.
Is this a problem that has only recently occurred? If so, what specific operations did you do before this problem occurred?

Are you using Outlook desktop client? If so, can you log in to other email accounts via this Outlook client normally?
Do you have the same issue when using other Office softwares such as Word and Excel?
To confirm if the issue is related to your Outlook client, please log in to your webmail and see if this account can work fine. If possible, you could also try to add the same account to other computer and see if the issue can be reproduced.

I researched a lot about the error you encountered and found that it may be caused by “Device used during the authentication is disabled.” Please check the methods in these two articles and see if it works:
    Error Code 135011 after Authentication
Connection issues in sign-in after update to Office 2016 build 16.0.7967 on Windows 10(Plesae check the content of Symptom 2)

    Hope this can be helpful.

    Regards,

    Jeff Yang
