Hi,
Is it possible to set priority level to a response Group?
I case that i have many Response Group Calls and i want to handle some calls in priority...

No, this is not possible by design at the moment.

Hi SChniter,
So far, there is no option in SFB server side and client side to set priority level for SFB response group.
Regarding response group, you can only configure Agents, welcome message, response group name, display number, business hours, music on hold, I will share a document for your reference
