    Hello,

    I follow the article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/983462/en-us step by step to sequence office 2010.

    The sequencing finish successfully on my first package when I used MAK activation Option 2:

    msiexec /i OffVirt.msi [featureflags] PIDKEYS=XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX  USEROPERATIONS=1

    activation was successfully.

    I prepared a new Office 2010 using the same article and the same steps but I used MAK activation option 1:

    Use VAMT 2.0 (recommended)

    The command that I run on sequencer msiexec /i OffVirt.msi [featureflags]

    and client msiexec /i OffVirt.msi

    in result when user try to open any office application, it ask him to enter a product Key:

    in VAMT 2.0 I add MAK and when I'm going to install Product Key to client, I received the following error:

    The Software License Service report that the product key is invalid

    I'm sure that MAK is OK because I activate another Office 2010 using VAMT 2.0

    Then I could activate using VAMT... I'm confused why I can't use VAMT to install Product Key

    If you use option 1, can you install a MAK key remotely using ospp.vbs?  VAMT also uses WMI to install product keys on remote machines.

    Could you please start a thread on this forum?
