All replies

  • how long has your PWA server been up?

Is this a new event? How long has this been going on?

Have you tried running the sharepoint configuration wizard?

Have you tried running the psconfig.exe command?

some more details would help get this resolved faster

  • Before running the Configuration Wizard or psconfig.exe.

     - Have you tried an IISRESET in cmd (or a server restart)?

     - Have you checked all application pools are running in Internet Information Services?

     - Is this on the PWA sitecollection only? Are other sitecollections and webapplications experiencing the same problem?

The first ULS entry might be related to this, i do not think the two others are. Is there any Unexpected/Critical events in the ULS?

Is there any information in the IIS logs?

  • Dear Christian,

    - I restarted IIS but didnt work.

    - All Application Pools are running fine.

    - Only PWA site collection is having problem.

    - No unexpected/ Critical error in ULS log on this.

    - No relevant information in IIS Log.

Actually i have tried one thing. I stopped all the services on App Server 2 and now it works fine. But this is just a temporary solution.

    Any thoughts?

  • - It is being up for around 1 Year.

    - This problem was started i guess month ago when the customer deployed Project Server SP2.

    - Yes, I run configuration wizard on both APP Servers, completed successfully.

    - No I didn't try to run psconfig.exe command.

Please let me know what exactly information you need, i will provide.

    Many thanks.
