  • Hi All,

    Could you advise know what is point 3 and point 7 on Sessions by Modality.

    Can't find the value on below link:

  • Hi Mick,

    I find the point 3 in call diagnostic summary report ,point 3 have 7 record ,Audio have 1 record, then I open the user activity report ,I find the “point 3” was represent to the “App invite”

    like the following screenshot.But I cannot find point 7 in my environment ,You could filter it in the user activity report .Based on my research , “point num” is increased by the categories of Modality.For example,if you have IM,Audio in Modality,the point is 3 ,if you just have IM in modality ,the point is 2.

    Diagnostic 3195 represent the “This diag code is reserved for conferencing join time telemetry data, it is reported directly to CER and not sent out on the wire.”

  • Also what mean on 3195, it is on top 10 failure diagnostic reasons.

    3195 - Conferencing Join Telemetry data.
