skype multi

     i cant get Skype multi 6.11.010... and sometime it call itself  , multi 6.11.0.102  ,  out of my computer it keep telling i'm not allowed only the administrater can do it ....  i cant supress,   it i took out all my Skype thing just to get that one out,  witch i think it aint a real Skype   (all my other computer dont have that window on the desk or anywhere

  Can you explain in detaiil ?
