Cannot open attached word doc in outlook after installing windows 7 RRS feed

    It will open wenn I open Word first but not directly from Outlook. This is a problem with many.

    Hi,
    What was the last thing you installed? Word or Windows.
    If it was Windows (by means of an upgrade) you may want to reinstall Word.
    Eventually you can run Microsoft Office Diagnostics.
