  Hi RobUA,

  What's the type of your email account? POP, IMAP or Exchange?

  If you are using an IMAP or Exchange account, just configure your email account on the Outlook client, the data of your account will be synced automatically.

  And if you are using a POP account, please import your PST file to the Outlook. There is an article for you: Import a .pst file into Outlook for Mac .
