I have a problem when I want to design text in word office there is no shows any text designing tab?
anyone know add-ins for word office for designing text and template?

Word doesn't have a 'Designing' tab. It does have a 'Developer' tab, but is for programming and such, not text design.
I suspect you want access to Word's SmartArt or WordArt, which are both on the Insert tab.
