Docx files not printing header, footer or images in the file RRS feed

    Hi All,

    I have a problem were Word 2010 will not print any images or the header and footer in a file. I f I save it as a doc it prints fine with no issues. I have tried resetting the user options and registry settings for word (KB822005) but the problem goes away for an 1 or so and then starts again randomly. Can any advise how to resolve this issue.

    What happens if you start Word in safe mode?

    What happens if you start Word without any Add-Ins? Use the /a command-line switch.

    What happens if you start Word without any Add-Ins? Use the /a command-line switch.


    Or simply hold down the Ctrl key while starting Word normally...
