    I'd like to build a PowerShell script that would open PST files for the user when they first launch Outlook 2013.

    the script would only work the first time they launch Outlook, it would look for all pst files in c:\users\samid\app data\local data\Microsoft\outlook, and would install (open) all PST files placed for the user.
