Conference room booking query RRS feed

  • Question

  • Is it possible to create a query on how many users have successfully booked a meeting and users who have accepted a meeting request for the past year? Basically, looking to get a total of how many meetings were booked for each conference room within our organization for the past year.

    Hi,

Based on my knowledge, there is no feature available to count the booked meeting in Exchange server.

As a workaround, since your point focuses on the successful meeting, we can consider to open the room calendar in Outlook with Reviewer permission. In Outlook, we can set the view to List and Group by "Meeting Status" to view the items numbers in room one by one. The following is an example of room calendar Delegate13:

    Regards,

  • What part of this isn't available to the meeting organizer in the meeting planner (Scheduling in Outlook 2016)?

  • Ed, please re-read the question. I am not asking this to be available to the meeting organizer. I am using Exchange 2010 and i am looking for history for the previous year.

  • The history of a single meeting request?  I can't tell because your question is rather terse and not very specific.

I don't believe that there is any transaction log for this activity in any case.
