Is there a way of changing the 30 day removal of clients in FCS. We are a large university campus with many suites of PCs which have little use during the long summer vacation and all these machines drop off the management console. Short of rebooting them all via Wake on LAN to get them to reoprt in it would be nice to be able to turn off or tune this setting to a longer timeout.
So as an FYI they are technicall not "removed" per say.. they just do not count in the reporting for FCS any more. The clients should still be in MOM as agent managed computers and when turned back on I believe they will start reporting again and as their last contact date will be less then 30 days at that time will start showing back up in FCS reporting.CSS Security Support Engineer (FCS/MBSA/WUA/Incident Response)
