    My server 2003 started with the lsass.exe error on boot and would not stop. After everything I had to reinstall the operating system on the volume. It keeped all the programs and documents intact but now I want to re establish the link between programs and operating system. The most important of these is mssql server 2005.

    Does anyone know of a way to link them up again?

    Hi,

     

    It is recommended to reinstall the programs. Of course, you may still create the program shortcuts to the desktop and start them normally. In addition, you may also choose to run the program installations to repair the installed programs.

     

    For SQL Server related problem, the best resource is SQL Server forum. In this way, your issue can be resolved effectively.
