Could someone share any steps \ Process on how to set this up.
Also confirmation that someone has this working would be a big relief!
Requirement
On premise Skype for Business 2015 deployment. Requirement is to archive to Exchange which is hosted in O365.
(Voicemail all working fine)

Is see that "Archiving Content (IM and Meeting) in Exchange"is listed as Exchange Online supported

However https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj205009.aspx?f=255&MSPPError=-2147217396 seems to be targeted towards setting up an on premise exchange archiving, though I
could be reading this wrong.
So if anyone has some notes
