    Dear,

    We have a Windows Server 2008 R2 which can't the monthly rollup since July with error code 8024200D. We have tried installing the august roll up which can't install as well with error code: 80070002

    We have tried the following:

    CheckDisk

    Reinstall SCCM client

    Remove Antivirus (F Secure)

    Add Antivirus exclusion

    Manual update

    Software Distribution folder reset

    Update for Windows Update

    SFC Scannow

    Update Readiness Tool with output:

    I am out of options, does anybody have some pointers?

    Hello,

    How about downloading the KB and store it in your local system and then manually install it?
