i capured the iso and even copied it on to a disk can you help me

Did you get any error when install Windows 98? Or you didn’t know the steps to install Windows 98 on a virtual machine?

good morning ,
try to follow this steps ;
when you lunch the virtual machine , in the choice of installation media ; u can choose the iso that you whant to install ( browse in the location where the the iso is situates ); then run the installation

Is your Win 98 CD one of the bootable ones? I think most of the Win 98 CDs required floppies to start the install like Win 95 did.
