can't get the VISIO 2003 Pro to install.
Any error message received? It would be great if you can elaborate a bit on this, so it will be easy for us to help you.
I'm not certain about Visio 2003 Pro, but for standalone Office 2013 applications, for example Visio Professional 2013, there is a known compatibility issue that Office 2016 cannot coexist on the same computer as standalone Office 2013 applications:

By the way, Microsoft ended support for Office 2003 on April 8, 2014. It is recommended to upgrade to a newer version of Visio product, several new features have been added.
