  • Why when I go to a story on MSN can't I make a comment? Never had this problem before. What's up?

    Your not logged in. Click the login link to re-establish your credentials.

    Occasionally (after a pre-determined time) sites like MSN that use "Keep me logged in" will re-prompt for your credentials.

    You have recently deleted your internet cache and site cookies or have disabled third-party cookies.

    In order to assist you with current problem, we need to know more information.

    Is the main issue related to leave comment when view MSN website?

    .

    Usually, when browsing MSN website, we could join the conversation and leave comment.

    Click “JOIN THE CONVERSATON”, then we will be able to leave our comment as shown blew.

    There will be a Pop-up and we will be prompted to logon. We may need a Facebook account.

    If there is no Pop-up shown up. Please try to turn off Pop-up locker on Privacy tab to have a test.

    If the issue persist, please try to reset Internet Explorer settings and delete personal settings to have  a test.
