Using HealthVault as our Patient Portal!!! Documentation required? RRS feed

    I work with an Electronic Health Record product that will recommend our patients utilize Microsoft HealthVault as their "patient portal" or electronic means of accessing their health information.

    I have spoken with Nate, Ali, and Santhosh a few months back and they did provide me with some really great info on how to achieve this. Unfortunately I cannot seem to get a response from the team in the past week or so! 

    1) WCAG 2.0 Detailed Report

    We are re-certifying with the ONC as a 2014 Certified EHR, and part of our requirement is to provide a "Detailed Report" for WCAG 2.0. I do have a WCAG Template dated October 1, 2013 but it does not include enough detail.

    2) NTP conformance

    We must demonstrate NTP conformance on the patient portal server as well. Can you provide me with documentation with that as well?

    I have sent numerous emails to HVBD at Microsoft, and HVTech, and the gentlemen mentioned above. Is it possible to schedule a call or somehow provide access to this information?
