Error while browsing the cube

Question
-
Hi,
One of our cube user is getting error while browsing the cube. Error is:
"The following system error occurred: Account restrictions are preventing this user from signing in. For example: blank passwords aren't allowed, sign-in times are limited, or a policy restriction has been enforced. (Microsoft SQL Server 2014 Analysis Services)".
This member is part of both User and administrators group. I tried accessing the user account in the cube browser as well. It shows the same error.
How can we resolve this?
Thanks for your help and Regards,

Hi PXPRXR,
Thanks for your question.
This issue might be caused by expired password, please try to change the password first.
If you are trying to browsing the cube with the user account that has no password set, you may need to set a password for it.
Best Regards

I think an expired password returns a different error. This sounds like your Active Directory administrator has applied some specific restrictions to this account. You'll need to talk to one of your domain admins to see if they look into this for you.
