Skype Freezes Windows 10 after using video RRS feed

  • Everytime i am using skype for business an startup a video, my laptop will freeze after about 30 secs. Only switching of the laptop will help. I did look a the eventlog but with my limited knowledge about the subject i couldnt find anything. Google search points to an issues with the video driver, but how to taggle that ?

    Please check and install ALL update for Windows 10 and Skype.

    Did this issue occur on other PCs?

    In addition to above suggestion, please do the following steps to check if the issue persist:

    1. Update video driver to the latest: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/instantanswers/ad5a063e-5f57-c715-2566-b983195752c1/update-drivers-in-windows-10 
    2. Do a clean boot on Windows 10: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/929135
    3. Repair Office or re-install SFB client to have a try

  • Hi, Looks like it could be related to the machine, as Oleg suggested make sure that you have updated the system with all the updates, try to reset the default drivers and then try
