Different Internal and Extenal Domain names RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have a customer who has an email addresses user1@abc.com that he is using as his identity for his Cisco Jabber identity. We are setting up Video Conferencing TURN Server and Client so that the users can receive and make calls to the internet. The customer however, would like to use a dedicated domain name for his video calling ie. user1@video.abc.com. Will this function ? What changes would i need to make on my DNS Server for this scenario to function?

For the cenario that u descibre, u just need to create a subdomain video.abc.com on your root forest abc.com.

You just talking about AD Domain and not Exchange organizations, right?
