  • Do you change the hostname of Web App, if yes, please modify the regedit to disable the look backcheck.

  • Hi Liu,

Below are the action points done till now

1)I have generated Certificate and next licensed the certificate by  client.

2)Added the certificate to SharePoint Certificate store.

3)Added the certificate to trust management in Central Administration

    4)Configure IIS Binding

    5)Configure AAM

We have hosted the web application in local host and tried to access using https, it works and opening with https protocol.

But, here I need without hosting the web application in the local host, it should open with https protocol.

    Regards,

    Sudheer

    Thanks & Regards, Sudheer

  • .In Step5, you change the URL Protocol, Host and Port, and it is different with the default of Web Application. After that, please go to IIS and add the bind in the related Web Sites.

If you change the Hostname during AAM Configuration, you need to modify the regedit.
