On Premise users can't join Skype for Business Online Meetings RRS feed

  • Hi all,

    We're running a hybrid environment, and are noticing that when on-premise users join with the full client, they get an "An error occurred during the Skype Meeting" message.

    Anonymous web users work, but on-premise users who log in with O365 get immediately kicked out of the meeting (like it ended).

    Any ideas? I'm pretty sure this used to work, as I was testing last week without any problems. In particular, it seems strange that authenticated web users are getting kicked out as well.

  • It turns out that our issue was due to a CsStaticRoute configuration that was placed on the servers during a Polycom integration. It was incorrectly routing cloud meeting joins to the Polycom instead of the cloud.
