This post explains how to troubleshoot failing to login to Outlook in Huawei EMUI 10.
Issue Description
End users with Huawei EMUI 10 are kicked out of Outlook with the following prompt.

Cause
“Your organization has removed its data associated with this app because the microsoft intune company portal data or application was removed” message was triggered because of a Wipe is initiated
from MAM policy.
Why is a Wipe request is initiated? Because the MAM policy specifies 90 days offline period before wiping the corporate data.

Normally, Huawei devices have
very strict battery optimization and background process killing policies. Therefore, for company portal, outlook and authenticator app can work properly on Huawei devices, it is necessary to do the following configurations so that the device
can still check in with Intune regularly. Or the device will be considered offline and became non-compliant after 30 days and MAM protected app wiped after 90 days.
- Open Company Portal app, top left corner, settings, turn off Battery optimization.
- Open Phone Settings, Application, Application startup management, find Company Portal, Outlook, Authenticator(if installed), turn on manual management (allow self -start, allow triggered start, allow backend
running) for these apps.
Resolution
The solution would be to re-install and re-enroll to Company Portal, re-install and re-sign in to Outlook. After configuring the above 2 settings
on Huawei devices, there should be no issues in the future.
